Printing Options at NNU
At NNU, there are several options for printing by students and employees.

Need to move or get a Canon machine fixed? Call IT Services.
If your Canon machine has to be moved, please submit a request for assistance from IT Services at help.nnu.edu.
No NNU personnel should move these machines themselves. Although calling our contractor for assistance can be costly, damage to them is even more so. Also, printers must be configured at the ethernet port level. Please do not move them and attempt to connect them in other parts of any building. We will involve the appropriate departments to make sure there is connectivity available for these machines, and we will put in the request for assistance from Fisher's Document Service when needed.

Submit a ticket at help.nnu.edu. We will deliver supplies, help you troubleshoot an issue, and assist you with obtaining service!
